Declaring War On Dirty Bins

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Grime Force. By scheduling, purchasing, approving, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

Grime Force provides residential and commercial trash bin cleaning, sanitizing, deodorizing, and related exterior cleaning services. Service may include monthly, quarterly, one-time, or custom recurring service.

3. Access To Bins

Customers are responsible for ensuring bins are accessible on scheduled service days. If bins are not accessible, service may be skipped and charges may still apply.

4. Condition Of Bins

Bins must be empty or mostly empty before service. Grime Force is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing cracks, weak wheels, broken lids, age, sun damage, or improper prior use.

5. Scheduling

Service is scheduled based on route availability, weather, trash pickup timing, and operational conditions. Grime Force may reschedule service when necessary.

6. Payment

Payment is due according to the selected service plan or invoice terms. Recurring members may be billed automatically according to their selected membership schedule.

7. Cancellations And Skipped Service

Customers must notify Grime Force in advance if they need to cancel, pause, or skip service. Skipped services caused by inaccessible bins may not be refunded.

8. Weather And Route Delays

Rain, storms, extreme heat, equipment issues, or route delays may require rescheduling. Grime Force will make reasonable efforts to communicate schedule changes.

9. Commercial Services

Commercial bin cleaning is quoted individually based on bin quantity, size, access, frequency, location, and cleaning needs. Commercial pricing may differ from residential pricing.

10. Limitation Of Liability

Grime Force is not liable for indirect damages, pre-existing bin damage, property conditions outside our control, or issues caused by inaccessible or improperly prepared bins.

11. Updates To Terms

Grime Force may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
