Membership Agreement
Residential & Commercial Trash Bin Cleaning

1. Membership Overview
Grime Force membership services are recurring trash bin cleaning plans designed to provide ongoing residential and commercial bin cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing services on a scheduled basis.
2. Membership Options
Membership options may include monthly, quarterly, or custom recurring service plans. Pricing, included bins, service frequency, and route scheduling may vary depending on customer location and operational availability.
3. Monthly Membership
Monthly members typically receive service every four weeks based on route scheduling, weather conditions, operational timing, and trash pickup schedules.
4. Quarterly Membership
Quarterly members typically receive service every twelve weeks based on route scheduling, weather conditions, operational timing, and trash pickup schedules.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring bins are accessible, mostly empty, and available for service on scheduled cleaning days.
6. Billing & Payments
Membership billing may occur automatically according to the selected membership plan. Customers authorize Grime Force or its payment processor to charge the payment method on file according to the agreed billing schedule.
7. Additional Bins
Additional bins may be billed at the current additional-bin rate. Commercial pricing may differ from residential pricing.
8. Missed Or Skipped Service
If bins are inaccessible, blocked, missing, or excessively full, service may be skipped. Missed service caused by inaccessible bins may not qualify for refunds.
9. Weather & Operational Delays
Service schedules may be adjusted due to weather, equipment maintenance, route density, traffic conditions, or operational issues.
10. Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation or pauses by contacting Grime Force in advance. Billing cycles and scheduling timelines may affect whether upcoming service charges can be stopped before the next route cycle.
11. Commercial Memberships
Commercial recurring services may require custom scheduling and pricing based on bin size, quantity, frequency, location, and cleaning requirements.
12. Acceptance Of Agreement
By enrolling in recurring service, approving a quote, submitting a request form, or continuing service, customers agree to this Membership Agreement and the Grime Force Terms & Conditions.
